Approving Susan McCloskey's Request for a Resolution 10036 <br />Variance at 2525 County Road C-2 (PF 3424) Variance <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution 2525 Co. Rd. C-2 <br />No. 10036 entitled, "A Resolution Approving a Variance to (PF — 3424) <br />Section 1004.O1A6 (Maximum Total Surface Area) of the <br />Roseville City Code for Property Located at 2525 County Road <br />C-2 (PF 3424)." <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br />Roll Call <br />Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />None. <br />D. Approving City of Roseville Split-Level Plan Book Split-Level <br />Agreement. Plan Book <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, approval of the City's Agreement <br />participation in the "Split-Level Remodeling Plan Book," along <br />with eleven (11) other metropolitan communities and three (3) <br />counties in an amount not to exceed $5,000. <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br />Roll Call <br />Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />None. <br />E. Approving Memorandum of Understanding with <br />Teamsters Local No. 320. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, approval of a <br />Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Roseville <br />and Teamsters Local No. 320, addressing partial contract terms <br />as follows: <br />1) A one-year agreement for calendar year 2002; <br />2) An increase in existing wage schedule of three and three- <br />quarters percent (3.75%); <br />3) An increase in the Longevity Pay schedule of three and <br />three-quarters percent (3.75%); <br />4) An increase in Educational Incentive Pay of three and <br />three-quarters percent (3.75%); <br />5) An increase in Uniform Allowance of three and three- <br />quarters percent (3.75%); <br />Memorandum <br />Of Understanding <br />Teamsters <br />Local No. 320 <br />
