Other Business <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Funding <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn further addressed Agenda Item IX, <br />Organizational Business, A., Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority, seeking clarification on $600,000 in funds in the <br />Community Development Housing Fund, to possibly be <br />transferred to the HRA. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, transfer of $600,000 in <br />funds from the Housing Fund to the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority, following their organization. <br />Community Development Director Welsch recommended that <br />the Council table action until the organizational documents are <br />brought forward for City Council approval, following the <br />HRA's initial meeting. <br />After further discussion, Mayor Kysylyczyn and <br />Councilmember Kough withdrew their motion. <br />Community Development Director Welsch was directed to <br />prepare the organizational documents post haste for <br />presentation at the earliest possible convenience. <br />Proposed Letter for next issue of Roseville WRAP <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn referred to a proposed letter drafted by <br />staff, dated September 22, 2002, recommending signing by <br />Other Business <br />
