This letter would be highlighted in the <br />ne�t edition of the city newsletter, addressing the upcoming <br />bond issue for the Police and Public Works facility <br />improvements. <br />After discussion, it was the consensus of Councilmembers that <br />they were supportive of the overall intent of the letter, and <br />would each sign the document to be included in the newsletter, <br />upon the deletion of the last sentence in the first full paragraph. <br />A. Consider Waiving the Attorney-Client Privilege Attorney-Client <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn left the meeting at 10:05 p.m., turning over Privilege <br />the gavel to Acting Mayor Kough. <br />City Attorney Jamnik had provided a legal opinion as <br />Councilmembers discussed a proposed resolution entitled, <br />"Supporting Waiver of the Attorney Client Privilege." <br />Councilmember Klausing reviewed his original intent for <br />bringing the matter forward. <br />After extensive discussion, Klausing moved and Maschka <br />seconded, adoption of a resolution entitled, "A Resolution <br />Supporting Waiver of the Attorney-Client Privilege." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka and Klausing. <br />Nays: Schroeder and Kough. <br />The motion failed. <br />XIV.
