NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville will continue to: <br />l. Adopt transit supportive and mixed use center design concepts as a means to <br />guide growth in Roseville and the I-35W Corridor, <br />2. Emphasize that the Roseville Comprehensive Plan includes mixed use <br />options, <br />3. Use overlay or PUD redevelopment zones as an implementation strategy, <br />4. Incorporate changes in roadway networks to support mixed use development <br />and walkable neighborhoods, <br />S. Develop and implement transit service strategies needed to support Roseville <br />and the Coalition's growth scenario, and, <br />6. Integrate lifecycle housing options into City planning activities. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council encourages all <br />Roseville commissions and committees to include the Build Out Study and its <br />recommendations as an integral part of future planning efforts for the community, <br />where possible and practical in making and implementing of local decisions. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />\\Victoria\CommDev�North Metro I-35W Corridor CoalirionlI-35W Build Out Resolution (093002).doc <br />
