Reconstruction projects are proposed to be financed using infrastructure funds and <br />assessments per the City's special assessment policy. All pathway and parking lot projects will <br />be financed using capital improvement funds. <br />RECONIN�NDED COL7NCIL ACTION: Adoption of a resolution ordering preparation of <br />feasibility studies for the 2003 reconstruction projects and 2003 project locations for mill and <br />overlay, pathway improvements, and parking lot improvements. <br />Prepared By: Duane Schwartz <br />
