attached project location map. <br />Policy Objectives: 2003 will be the si�th year of phase two of the Pavement Management <br />Program. Phase two includes a low level of residential reconstruction, reconstruction of County <br />Road turnbacks and a much more intensive maintenance program. We actively manage a <br />condition inventory of the streets, pathways and parking lots within the City. Each fa11 we <br />evaluate which segments of the system require major maintenance work Please see the table <br />below for the condition index of each of the proposed project segments. <br />Financial Implications: The following is a summary of the estimated costs and financing for <br />the 2003 Pavement Management Program: Streets, Pathways, and Parking Lots- <br />Schedule: If approved, staff will schedule neighborhood meetings for the 2003 work to inform <br />residents.
