Multi-family housing. <br />For purposes of this section, a use shall be considered "ancillarY" to a <br />permitted use if primarilv intended to support or provide services to <br />emplovees of the permitted use, even thou�h open to use by the eeneral <br />public. An ancillarv use mayo ur maY not be located on the same zonin� <br />parcel as the permitted use to which it is ancillarv, so lon� as its Urimar_y <br />intended function is to support or provide services to employees of the <br />permitted use. <br />C . Special Minimum Requirements: <br />1. All uses sha11 be subject to Business Park Design Standards as specified in <br />Section 10 10. <br />2. Maximum Floor Area Ratio: No ma�mum floor area ratio is required. A <br />minimum floor area ratio sha11 be 0.5 achievable in stages through a planned <br />unit development. A maximum floor area ratio sha11 be 0.75 unless increased <br />within the planned unit development agreement. <br />3. Setbacks: <br />Front Yard Setback Front yard setback shall be thirry feet (30') <br />unless specified otherwise in the planned unit development agreement <br />The minimum front yard setback for parking sha11 be a minimum of <br />fifteen feet (15'), with landscape screening and/or berming to a height <br />of 36 inches above the parking lot curb as required in Section 1010 <br />unless specified otherwise in the planned unit development agreement. <br />b. Side and Rear Yard Setbacks: The side and rear yard setbacks shall be <br />ten feet (10'). Parking may occur within ten feet (10') of a side or five <br />feet (5') of a rear lot line unless otherwise specified in the planned unit <br />
