B The principal structure being limited to an addition of no more than nine feet, as <br />indicated on the submitted site plan. <br />C The installation of roof gutters to properly direct roof drainage away from the <br />adjacent properties. <br />D The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br />7.0 PLANNING CO�I�IISSION ACTION: <br />7.1 On Wednesday, October 2, 2002 the Roseville Planning Commission held the public <br />hearing regarding the Meade variance request. At the hearing the City Planner made a <br />brief presentation detailing the specifics of the Meade variance request and answered <br />questions by the Commission. <br />7.2 The Planning Commission recommend approval (5-O) of a 1.5 foot variance for the <br />garage to section 1004.O1A11 and a 13.5 foot variance for the living area above the <br />garage to Section 1004.02D4 of the Roseville City Code for Mack Meade, to allow <br />certain home and site improvements at 388 South McCarrons Boulevard West, based on <br />the findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated October <br />2, 2002. <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />8.1 Adopt a resolution granting a 1.5 foot variance for the garage to Section 1004.O1A11 <br />and a 13.5 foot variance for the living area above the garage to Section 1004.02D4 of <br />the Roseville City Code for Mack 1�Ieade, to allow garage and living expansion, and <br />site improvements at 388 South 1�IcCarrons Boulevard �Vest, based on the findings <br />in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated October 21, <br />2002. <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (65 1-490-2236) <br />Attachments: Location map, narrative, site plan, aerial photo. <br />PF3430 - RCA 102102 -Page 5 of5 <br />
