NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Mack <br />Meade a 1.5 foot variance to Section 1004.O1A11 and 13.5 foot variance to Section 1004A2D4 <br />of the Roseville City Code based on the findings in Section 5 of the project report dated October <br />21, 2002, and subject to the following conditions: <br />a. The applicant locating the parcel's property pins and verifying the location of the <br />e�sting principal structure, thus allowing the Community Development <br />Department to verify the distance required for the setback variance. <br />b. The principal structure being limited to an addition of no more than nine feet, as <br />indicated on the submitted site plan. <br />c. The installation of roof gutters to properly direct roof drainage away from the <br />adjacent properties. <br />d. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
