EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * � :� * * * � � � � * � � � � � <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 21 st day of October, <br />2002, at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: , and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />Resolution Requesting 2003 Score Funding Grant for Use in Roseville's <br />Residential Recycling Program <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council is committed to residential waste abatement <br />through its curbside recycling program; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to improve Roseville's curbside recycling program and minimize <br />the cost to Roseville residents; and <br />WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey has SCORE Funding Grants available for 2003; <br />NOW, TI�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is authorized to submit <br />a grant application to the County of Ramsey for a 2003 SCORE Funding <br />Grant for use in Roseville's residential recycling program. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: , and <br />the following voted against the same: . <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
