Roll Call <br />Roll Ca1L• (Voting Order): Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and <br />welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council meeting. <br />Councilmember Kough had previously advised of his <br />unavailability for tonight's meeting. Mr. Beets noted with <br />pride that Councilmember Kough had won three gold medals in <br />diving at the World Master's Games: 1-meter springboard, 3- <br />meter springboard, and 1 0-meter platform. <br />L Public Comment Public <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by members of Comment <br />the audience. <br />II. <br />A. Don Dame, 6740 AShW00d Road, #203, Woodbury, <br />Minnesota 55125 <br />Mr. Dame reported a bad experience at the City's License <br />Center and with the Roseville Police Department. <br />B.
