Regular City Council Minutes - 10/14/02 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 3 <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn supported further investigation, and <br />supported Councilmember Maschka's comments about <br />appropriateness for some home occupations. He <br />expressed concern, however, about rentals to non-relatives <br />and about enforcement. <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch <br />indicated that this matter would return to the City Council <br />with Planning Cornmission recommendations in the spring <br />of 2003, following their study. <br />Councilmember Klausing again urged an aggressive <br />public outreach effort. <br />Councilmember Schroeder offered a friendly amendment <br />to also collect public input. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Recess Recess <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recessed the meeting at 6:35 p.m. and <br />reconvened the meeting at 7:02 p.m. <br />IV.
