Kennedy Graven reserves the right to revise its "estimated" flat fee for such things as frequency of ineetings, so I'm not sure we can say right now how many meetings are included in their "estimated" flat fee of $6,000. On average, there are 3 council meetings per month, there are 4 times a month when we ask the city attorney to hold office hours so city staff or citizens or councilmembers can talk personally to the city attorney, and then there are about 3 other times per month when we ask the city attorney to come to a special meeting that could not be scheduled during office hours or it may involve other attorneys for other interested parties — for an average of 10 meetings per month.
