<br />EXTRACI' OF MINUTES OF nm VILLAGE COUNCIL OF 1lfE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, RAM5EY mUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />HELD - March 8, 1971 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ~eting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the <br />Village Hall in said Village on the 8th day of March, 1971, at 7: 30 <br />o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following nembers were present: Mayor Moll, COlUlcilmen <br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />~mber Graue 1 <br />roved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLlITION NO. 5622 <br /> <br />RESOLlITION CALLING FOR .AN ELECTION ON <br />$1,600,000 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BONDS <br />OF 1971 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Cot.mcil of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. This Cooncil has investigated the facts and does hereby <br />find, detennine and declare that it is necessary and <br />e:xpedient to issue its negotiable coupon general obligation <br />capital inprove~nts bends for the following purposes in <br />the following approximate aJOOun.ts, to-wit: <br /> <br />a. Constnction of a new village hall $ 915,000 <br />b. Construction of additional public <br /> works garages 200,000 <br />c. Remodelling of the existing village <br /> hall as a larger fire station 85,000 <br />d. Acquisition and construction of a new <br /> fire station No. 3 200,000 <br />e. Inprovenent of Bennett Lake in 200,000 <br /> Central Park <br /> Total $1,600,000 <br />
