<br />-2- <br /> <br />2. The propositim of authorizing the issuance of $1,600,000 <br />capital improve~nts bonds :tor said purposes shall be sub- <br />mitted to the qualified electors of the Village at a special <br />election to be held on May 25, 1971. Said election shall be <br />held between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. The <br />precincts and polling places for said election shall be the <br />sane of those for the last general election all as more <br />particularly set forth in the Notice of Election hereinafter <br />set forth. <br /> <br />3. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause <br />notice of said election to be given by publication of a notice <br />mce each week for two weeks in the official newspaper, and by <br />posting copies of said notice at least ten days before said <br />election at the polling places, at three other public and <br />conspicuous places wi thin each election precinct and at the <br />office of the Village Manager. Said notices shall be in sub- <br />stantially the fonn hereinafter set forth. <br /> <br />4. The Village Mmager is also authorized and directed to cause <br />ballots or ballot labels to be prepared and placed in the <br />voting machines to be used at said election. Said ballots or <br />ballot labels shall be printed in black ink on light green <br />material in substantially the fonn hereinafter set forth. <br />
