-2- N<l^l, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. This Council objects to any increase in the electric rates of Northern States Power Conpany in this conmunity until such tiue as Northern States Power CClqlany submits to a detailed pro- fessimal analysis of such rate increase, by such persons, acceptable to this Council with the costs of su:h analysis being borne by Northern States Power Conpany. 2. A copy of this resolutial shall be sent to Northern States PO\\er Company with the request for a respcnse from Northern States Power Conpany. The motion for the adoptiat of the foregoing resolutioo was duly seconded by ~mber Curley, and upm a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolutim: Mayor Moll, Councilrren Curley. Grauel and Linebarger and the following voted agains t the sa.ne: None and the following abstained: Councilman Andersm WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
