<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County~ Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said village <br /> <br />on Monday, the 21st day of <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />Mayor Moll, Cotmcilmen <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. .....5fJZ7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO COMBINED IMPROVEMENT <br />OF 1971, SERIES 1 DECLARING COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT ON A PORTXON OF THE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Combined Improvement of <br />1971, Series 1 of the Village of Rosevil1e for that portion of the <br />improvement consisting of (a) installation of sanitary sewer and <br />watermain on proposed Heinel Drive between Sandy Hook Drive and <br />existing Heinel Drive; (b) construction of sanitary sewer and <br />necessary appurtenances generally on the south side of County Road <br />D. west of Forest Lake Cut Off (Old Highway 8): (c) construction of <br />sanitary sewer and watermain in the general area of proposed Merrill <br />Stxeet, south from Roselawn Avenue approximately 1000 feet: (d) <br />construction of sanitary sewer and watermain in the general area of <br />Michels Rosedale Addition consisting of Hythe Street and Draper <br />Avenue; (e) construction of concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br />appurtenances in the general area of the east side of Highcrest <br />Road from Walnut Street to Terminal Road: (f) construction of <br />sanitary sewer on Cohansey Boulevard and Bossard Drive north of <br />
