County Road B: (g) construction of sanitary sewer and watermain on Belmont Lane from Dellwood Avenue to Fernwood Avenue and excluding (a) construction of an underground street lighting system and necessary appurtenances in the area of Heatherwood Addition, generally bounded by County Road B-2, Brooks Avenue, Western Avenue and Galtier Street: (b) installation of bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter on proposed Heine1 Drive between Sandy Hook Drive and existing Heinel Drive; (c) construction of bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter, drainage improvements and necessary appurtenances along Merrill Street south from Roselawn Avenue approxi- mately l,OOO feet: (d) construction of bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter, drainage improvements and necessary appurtenances in the general area of Michels Rosedale Addition consisting of Hythe Street and Draper Avenue: (e) the construction and installation of bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurte- nances along Iona Lane from Dale Street to Mackubin Street and along Oakcrest Avenue from Fry Street to Snelling Avenue: (f) the construc- tion and installation, in conjunction with the Village of Saint Anthony of bituminous street concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances along Highcrest Road from County Road D to County Road C-2. The foregoing are in the areas described in the legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and contracts for such work and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of that portion of said improvement amount to $212 430.25 and of this cost the village will pay $ 56,241. 66 aJ :L ts share of the cost. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 18 The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 156,188.59 · 2. The Village Manager, together with the assistance of the Village Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for pUblic inspection~ The Village Manager may arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division of the County of Ramsey in the prepara- tion of the proposed assessment roll. 3. The Village Manager shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor.
