<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />August 9, 1971 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall on August 9, 1971, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />* * * * <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br /> <br />assessment roll for a portion of Improvement SS-W-7l-l2 <br />P <br />prepared by him with the assistance of the village consulting <br /> <br />engineers as directed by the Council on June 21, 1971, and <br /> <br />reported that the assessment roll is now on file in his office <br /> <br />and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel than introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5692 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR A PORTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT SS-W-7l-l2 <br />P <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that the proposed assessment roll for a portion <br />of Improvement SS-W-71-l2 now on file and open to public <br />p <br />
