<br />inspection in the office of the Village ~anager, is approved, <br />and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the <br />Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on <br />September 8, 1971, at the Village Hall in the Village of Roseville, <br />at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The notice shall state the date, time and <br />place of the meeting, the general nature of said improvement, the <br />area proposed to be assessed, that the proposed assessment roll <br />is on file with the ~anager, and that written or oral objections <br />thereto by any property owner will be considered. It shall be <br />published in the official newspaper of the Village at least once, <br />and shall be mailed to the owner of each parcel described in the <br />assessment roll, not less than two weeks prior to the date of <br />said meeting. For the purpose of such mailed notice, owners of <br />said parcels shall be those shown as such as of August 8, 1971, <br />on the records of the County Treasurer. Every property owner <br />whose name does not appear on such records (other than owners of <br />property which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) <br />shall be deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless he has <br />requested in writing that the County Treasurer include his name <br />on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Curley, and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
