L."'H..<...,..... introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. .()r7."" <br />~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ACQUIRE BY CONDEMNATION <br />UNDER THE POWER OF EMINENT DOMAIN AN EASEMENT ACROSS CERTAIN <br />LANDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING AN <br />UNDERGROUND STORM SEWER MAIN AND WITH PERPETUAL INGRESS AND <br />EGRESS FOR THE REPAIR OF STORM SEWER MAINS FOR THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AND DIRECTING THAT THE NECESSARY <br />PROCEEDINGS BE INSTITUTED FOR SUCH PURPOSE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council for the Village of <br />Roseville has been advised by competent engineers that it is <br />feasible to construct certain storm sewer system for said <br />Village; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council deems it necessary and <br />expedient and in the best interest of the Village and its <br />inhabitants that a storm sewer be constructed to drain surface <br />waters from large areas surrounded by the area of land proposed <br />to be taken by eminent domain hereunder; and <br />
