The actions of City staff in <br />causing the notice of public hearing to be published in the <br />Roseville Review are hereby ratified, confirmed and adopted. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member P. Johnson and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />wiski, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel and V.
