<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, ~nnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on MOnday, the 31st <br />day of January, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock pm. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley and Brennan. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Grauel. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5798 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-72-l9 <br /> <br />~nIEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville in the general area of Burke Avenue from <br /> <br />Lexington to approximately 300 feet east by the construction of <br /> <br />bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter and ,necessary <br /> <br />,appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or <br /> <br />"a portion of the cost ,of the improvement pursuant to ~Qnn. <br /> <br />'Statutes Sees. 429~Oll to 429.111. <br />
