<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village <br />PUblic WOrks Director for study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- <br />ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Brennan and upon vote being taken <br />thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) ss <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing <br />extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of <br />said Village held on the 3lst day of January, 1972, with the <br />original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, <br />true and complete transcript insofar as the same relates to <br />Improvement No. P-72-19. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as said Manager and the corporate seal of <br />the Village this ~~ day of February, 1972. <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
