<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 31st <br />day of January, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Grauel. <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5802 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. W-P-69-l7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br />of Roseville generally in the area of OKford Street between Wood- <br />hill Drive and County Road C by the construction of watermain, <br /> <br />bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or a <br /> <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes <br /> <br />Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). <br />
