<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILlAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village PUblic <br />Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient$peed,. advising the Council in a pre- <br />liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connec- <br />tion with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Brennan and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was decLared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) ss <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br />of minutes of a regular meeting of the village Council of said <br />Village held on the 31st day of January, 1972, with the original <br />thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and <br />complete transcript insofar as the same relates to Improvement <br />No. W-P-69-l7. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as said Manager and the corporate seal of <br />the Village this :77"1 day of February, 1972. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
