<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />.Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 31st <br />day of January, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Grauel. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5803 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-67-35 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville in the area generally bounded by County Road II on the <br /> <br />north, Lydia Drive on the south, Victoria on the east and Churchill <br /> <br />on the west by the construction of storm sewer facilities and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for <br /> <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant t' to Minn. <br /> <br />Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). <br />
