<br />NOW, THEREFO~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Engineer- <br />ing Company, village consulting engineers, for study and that they <br />are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the pro- <br />posed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and <br />the estimated ~ost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Brennan and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) ss <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br />of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said <br />Village held on the 3lst day of January, 1972, with the original <br />thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and <br />complete transcript insofar as the same relates to Improvement <br />No. ST-67-35. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as said Manager and the corporate seal of <br />the Village this 1 d... day of February, 1972. <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
