<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ~linnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 31st <br />day of January, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, CUrley and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Grauel. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5806 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-72-l6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br />of Roseville in the area generally bounded by Lexington Avenue on <br />the west, County Road C on the north, Victoria on the east# and <br />Brooks Avenue on the south to provide an outlet for Bennett Lake <br /> <br />which lies in Central Park by the construction of a storm water <br />pumping station and discharge pipe, and to assess the benefited <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursu- <br /> <br />ant to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111. <br />
