<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILIAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the village con- <br />sulting engineers for study and that they are instructed to report <br />to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in <br />a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman Brennan and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) ss <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby <br />certify that I have carefully compared the attached and fore- <br />going extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of said Village held on the 3lst day of January, 1972, <br />with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same <br />is a full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same <br />relates to Improvement No. ST-72-l6. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as said Manager and the corporate seal <br />of the Village this ~(:i day of February, 1972. <br /> <br />/ /, <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
