Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 28th day of February, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were Councilmen Brennan, Curley, the following were absent: present: . Mayor Llnebarger, Grauel and Anderson and None Councilman r,raue] introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5811 RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIM- INARY REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-72-20 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council- of the Village of Roseville, as follows: 1. By resolution adopted January 31, 1972, the Council has directed the Village Public WOrks Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improve- ment consisting of the installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances generally in the area of County Road C-2 from long lake Road west to long Lake Road east. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the Village Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. P-72-20.
