The Council shall meet at the Village Hall, 270l North <br />Lexington, in said village, on March l4, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m., for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that <br />meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, The <br />Rosevil1e Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and <br />the second publication shall be not less than three days before <br />the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
