<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-72-20 <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 270l North <br />Lexington, in said village, on the l4th day of March, 1972, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minne- <br />sota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement <br />No. P-72-20 consisting of the installation of bituminous sur- <br />facing, concrete curb and gutter and storm sewer facilities and <br />necessary appurtenances generally in the area of County Road <br />C-2 from Long Lake Road west to Long Lake Road east. The fore- <br />going is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspec- <br />tion in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />approximately $l44,000.00. The area proposed to be assessed <br />for the improvement shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting County <br />Road C-2 from long Lake Road (west) <br />to Long rake Road (east). <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and <br />place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 28, 1972. <br /> <br />
