<br />Extract of minutes of meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: February 28, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Vi.llage Council <br />of the village of Rosevil1e met in regular session at the Village <br />Hall on Monday, the 28th day of February, 1972, at 7:30 0'c1ock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: M <br />ayor Linebarger, <br />Councilme~ Brennan, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br />tne fOllow1ng were absent: <br />None <br /> <br />Councilman Gra'1~1 introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5812 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br />PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT SS-W-P-72-l3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted January 31, 1972, the Council has <br />directed the village Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement in the general <br />area of County Road C from Oxford to Dale Street by the construction <br />of sewer services, watermain services, bituminous surfacing and <br />concrete curb and gutter and storm sewer facilities in conjunction <br />with the County of Ramsey. The Public Works Director was also <br />directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed <br />improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made <br />as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The <br />preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and <br />considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be <br />placed on file in the office of the Village Manager. The improve- <br />ment proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the <br />report is designated as Improvement No. SS-W-P-72-13. <br />
