The council shall meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said village, on March 14, 1972, at 7;30 o'clock p.m. <br />for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improve- <br />ment under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be <br />published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Sun, which <br />publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication <br />shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
