NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-72-l3 VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 270l North Lexington, in said village, on the 14th day of March, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Tmprovement No. SS-W-P-72-13 in the general area of County Road C from Oxford to Dale Street by the construction of sewer services, watermain services, bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter and storm sewer facilities in conjunction with the County of Ramsey. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- mately $93,605.00 as the village's share. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement shall be all those parcels of property described as follows: All that property abutting County Road C from Dale Street to Oxford Street. Also Lots l2 through 22, Block 5; Lots 1 through 10, Block 6 rand T,ots 1 through lO, Block 9, Kroiss Lakeview 2nd Addition. Also Lots 1 through 4, Block 1, Blaine Oaks 2nd. Also the north 130 feet of the south 330 feet of the east ll5 feet of the west 230 feet of southeast one quarter, southeast one quarter, Section 2, Town 29, Range 23. Also subject to street and easements and except west 350 feet of south 214 feet and except west 240 feet north of south 445 feet and except north 167 feet of the east 200 feet and except east l48 feet of south 418 feet and except west 161.75 feet of east 309.75 feet of south 283 feet of southeast one-quarter, southeast one-quarter, southeast one-quarter, Section 2, Town 29, Range 23.
