<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: February 28, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville met in regular session at the Village <br />Bali on Monday, the 28th day of February, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Grauel, and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman r:r::lll~1 introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5813 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION COMBINING IMPROVEMENTS <br />SS-W-P-72-l7; SS-W-P-72-8; <br />1>-72-19; ~'l- P-69-17; <br />SS-W-P-72-9i SS-W-72-lli SS-W-P-72-l2 <br />AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />SAID COMBINED IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville,. <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed the Village Public <br />Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasi- <br />bility of the following improvements: <br /> <br />a. SS-W-P-72-l7 in the general area of Aglen <br />Street between County Road C-2 and Judith Avenue, con- <br />sisting of the construction of sanitary sewer, water- <br />main, bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and <br />gutter and necessary appurtenances. <br /> <br />b. SS-W-P-72-8 in the general area of County <br />Road C-2 between Fairview and Maple Lane and also on <br />Wheeler Street between Maple Lane and County Road C-2 <br />by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, <br />bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter and <br />necessary appurtenances. <br />
