SS-W-P-72-9 in the general area of pro- posed Prior Court between Arthur Place and Wilder Street south of County Road D by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter with drainage and necessary appurtenances. f. SS-W-72-ll in the general area of the frontage road on the west side of Cleveland Avenue between County Bead B and Trunk Highway 36 by the construction of sanitary sewer and watermain and necessary appurtenances. g. SS-W-P-72-l2 in the area generally east of western Avenue between Brooks Avenue and County Road C by the construction of sanitary sewer, water- main, bituminous surfacing and conrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. 2. The Public Wbrks Director has submitted his preliminary reports with reference to the foregoing improvements advising the Council in a preliminary way that said improvements are feasible and should best be made as a combined improvement. Said reports are hereby approved and shall be placed on file in the office of the Village Manager. 3. ~e Village Council hereny tinds, determines and declares that the 1mprovements described above shall, in accordance with the reports of the Public r~rks Director, be instituted and con- ducted as a single combined improvement in accordance with Minne- sota Statutes, Chapter 429. 4. Said combined improvements are hereby designated Combined Improvement of 1972, Series 3.
