NOTICE OF HEARING ON COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1972, SERIES 3 VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 270l North Lexington Parkway, in said Village on the l4th day of March, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minne- sota Statutes, Chapter 429, on Combined Improvement of 1972, Series 3. The general nature of the improvement is as follows: a. SS-W-P-72-l7 consisting of the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing and con- crete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances in the general area of Aglen Street between County Road C-2 and Judith Avenue, legally described as follows: The North l320 feet, more or less, of the west 521.31 feet, more or less, of East one-half (E~) of i~st one-half (W~) of Southwest Quarter (SW~) of Section 2, Township 29, Range 23. b. SS-W-P-72-8 consisting of the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances in the general area of County Road C-2 between Fairview and Maple Lane and also on Wheeler Street between Maple Lane and County Road C-2 legally described as follows: All that property abutting County Road C-2 from Maple lane to Fairview Avenue and all that property abutting Wheeler Street from county Road C-2 to Maple Lane, described as follows: Fairview Heiqhts Plat_ 3 Lots 8 through 14, Block 11 Fairview Heiqhts Plat 3 Lot 1, Block l3 Fairview Heiqhts Plat 3 Lots 1, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block lO Also, the North 400 feet of the Northwest..
