The Council shall meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington Parkway, in said village on March 14, 1972, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on Combined <br />Improvement of 1972, Series 3, under and pursuant to the provisions <br />of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Village Manager is here- <br />by authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official <br />newspaper, The Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a week <br />apart, and the second publication shall not be less than three <br />days before the date of the hearing. Pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 429.031 (l), notice shall also be mailed to the <br />owner of each parcel within the area proposed to be assessed not <br />less than ten days prior to such hearing. <br /> <br />6.
