<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: MARCH 20, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ~ <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of RosevilTe,u- <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Ilall jn <br />said Village on the 20th day of March, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock <br />Q. .M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Anderson introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSOLIDATED <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 1972 #5823 <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />A. A public hearing was duly held at 7:30 o'clock <br />P.M. on March 14, 1972 at the Village Hall on the following <br />improvements: <br /> <br />(1) Improvement No. SS-W-P-72-l3. <br /> <br />(2) Improvement No. P-72-20. <br /> <br />(3) Improvement No. SS-70-ll, W-70-12, <br />and B-ST-70-13. <br /> <br />(4) Combined Improvement of 1972, <br />Series 3. <br /> <br />(5) Combined Improvement of 1972, <br />Series 4. <br /> <br />B. All persons present at said hearing were afforded <br />an opportunity to present their views and objections to the <br />making of said improvements; <br /> <br />C. The Village Council deferred any action on said <br />improvements until this date; <br />
