<br />EXtract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />March 20, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br /> <br />in the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 20th day of March, <br />1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan: and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons appearing <br /> <br />at the public hearing for Combined Improvement of 1972, Series 4. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson then introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5825 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 1972, A PORTION THEREOF <br />KNOWN AS COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1972, <br />SERIES 4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS the council has previously passed a resolution on <br />March 20, 1972 ordering Consolidated Improvement of 1972, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS it would be expeditious and efficient for the Council <br />to advertise for bids separately for various portions of the work <br />involved in said consolidated improvement and for letting separate <br />contracts therefor, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes <br />1969, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing <br />pursuant to published notice on March 14, 1972 for Combined Improve- <br />ment of 1972, Series 4 as described in the notice of hearing at CI. <br />cost presently estimated to be approximately $860,600.00: and havlng <br />
