<br />considered the feasibility thereof, the preliminary engineer's re- <br />port, the views of its citizens, and being fully advised in the <br />premises: and the Council having determined and ordered said im- <br />provement to be constructed and financed and special assessments to <br />be levied therefor pursuant to said Chapter 429: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Ccunci1 of the village of <br />Rosevi11e that Banister, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson and Associates, <br />village consulting engineers, are hereby directed to prepare and <br />submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the con- <br />struction of said project, being a portion of Consolidated Improve- <br />ment of 1972. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Grauel, and upon roll call vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
