<br />Extraet of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br />March 20, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due eall and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Couneil of the village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 20th <br /> <br />day of March, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br /> <br />a~pearing at the pUblic hearing for Improvement No. P-72-20 <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel then introduced the following ~esolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5827 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 197 2, A PORTION THEREOF <br />mOWN AS IMPROVEMENT NO. P-72-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Council has previously passed a resolution <br />on March 20, 1972 ordering Consolidated Improvement of 1972, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS it would be expeditious and efficient for the <br />Council to advertise for bids separately for various portions <br />of the work involved in said Consolidated Improvement and for <br />letting separate contracts therefor, and, <br />
