<br />WHEREAS in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1969, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing pursuant to published notice on March 14, 1972 <br />for Improvement No. P-72-20 as described in the notice of hearing <br />at a cost presently estimated to be approximately $l44,OOO.00: <br />and having considered the feasibility thereof, the preliminary <br />engineer's report, the views of its citizens, and being fully <br />advised in the premises: and the Council having determined and <br />ordered said improvement to be constructed and financed and <br />special assessments to be levied therefor pursuant to said <br />Chapter 429: <br /> <br />NOW THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of Roseville that the Village Public Works Director is hereby <br />directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and <br />specifications for the construction of said project, being a <br />portion of Consolidated Improvement of 1972. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Anderson, and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
