<br />ExrrMc'r OF MINUrrES OF MEE'rING OF 'l'HE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF r:PlIE VI LUGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: March 27, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rerUlar <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi Ie, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on the 27th day of March , 1972, at 7 :30 <br />0' clock P.M. - - <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br />Councilmen Curley, Graue1~ Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Brennan introduced the following <br />resolution and moved lts adoptlon: <br />RESOLUTION NOQ 5834 <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR REDEMPTION OF <br />$1,595,000 TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BONDS <br />OF 1970 <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />A. The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />issued on behalf of the Village $1,595,000.00 Temporary Im- <br />provement Bonds of 1970, dated May 1, 1970, all of which still <br />remain outstanding and unpaid; <br /> <br />B. All of said bonds mature on May 1, 1973 and are <br />Subject to redemption and prepayment at the option of the Vil- <br />lage in inverse order of' serial numbers on Hay 1, 1972 and <br />November 1, 1972 at par and accrued interest, all as provided <br />in the resolution of the Village Council authorizing the is- <br />suance of said bonds adopted May 18, 1970; <br /> <br />c. The Village Council deems it desirable and in <br />the best interests of the Village to call all of said bonds and <br />redeem the same on May 1, 1972, the next interest payment date, <br />in accordance with said resolution authorizing the issuance of <br />said bonds; <br />
