<br />NOW THErillFORE, BE IT RESOL\~D by the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. All of the aforesaid Temporary Improvement <br />Bonds of 1970 of the Village shall be called as required by <br />lmv and the resolution authorizing said bonds and redeemed <br />and prepaid on May 1, 1972 at a price of par and accrued ~n- <br />terest. <br /> <br />2. The Village I.1anager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of the call to be published in <br />Commercial West not less than 30 days before May 1, 1972, <br />the date on which the bonds will be redeemed and the Village <br />Treasurer shall give mailed notice of call at least thirty <br />days prior to said redemption date to the bank where said <br />bonds are payable and to all holders of the bonds, if any, <br />who have registered their names, addresses and bond numbers <br />with the Village.
