Carpenter are the <br /> <br />apparent record owners of the following described real <br /> <br />property situated in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota <br /> <br />and within the boundaries of the Village of Roseville: <br /> <br />Lots 10 and 11, Shady Beach Addition, according <br />to the official plat thereof on file and of <br />record in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />in and for said County. <br /> <br />B. Capital City State Bank is the apparent mortgagee <br /> <br />of said property pursuant to a mortgage dated July 17, 1968, <br /> <br />and filed for record on July 18, 1968. <br />
