The buildings located on said property are <br /> <br />causing present danger to public health and public safety <br /> <br />by reason of their deteriorated condition and unfitness <br /> <br />for human habitation. Said buildings are creating an <br /> <br />attractive nuisance resulting in vandalism and are creating <br /> <br />a potential fire hazard. <br /> <br />D. The buildings on such property are in such a <br /> <br />deteriorated condition that repair 'is impossible, and in <br /> <br />order to correct the said dangers to public health and public <br /> <br />safety, said buildings must be razed and removed from said <br /> <br />property. <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A COpy OF WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MARKED EXHIBIT 1: <br /> <br />1. Defendant, the owners and mortgagee of the <br /> <br /> <br />above described real property, are hereby directed to <br /> <br />raze and remove the buildings located on the real property <br /> <br />legally described herein and to remove all threat to <br /> <br />public health and safety now on said property, and to complete <br /> <br />said razing and removal no later than June 15, 1972. <br /> <br />2.
