<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: May 22, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville met in regular session at the Village <br />Hall on Monday, the 22nd day of May, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Grauel, and Anderson <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5851 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENTS P-73-8 <br />AND P-73-9 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed the Village Public <br />Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasi- <br />bility of the following improvements: <br /> <br />a. P-73-8 consisting of the improvement of that <br />portion of the Village of Roseville lying generally in <br />the area of Snelling Avenue and County Road B by the <br />relocation of the Trunk Highway 51 frontage roads on <br />the west side of Snelling Avenue immediately north and <br />south of County Road B to a point approximately 300 <br />feet west of their present connection with County Road B, <br />by the installation of bituminous surfacing, curb and <br />gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer and watermair. <br />facilities and necessary appurtenances. <br />
